Shipping / Delivery POLICY

UK DELIVERY

Delivery is free when you spend over £50 in a transaction, including on subscription orders.

Delivery on 12 packs is subsidised at £4. This is less than the cost our delivery partners charge us.

Delivery on merchandise is charged at the merchandise suppliers standard rates.

All our deliveries are handled by Parcel Force via Ogdens Fulfilment, we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.

We use automated system to keep you updated on the progress of your order. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email notification to let you know a parcel is on its way. In most cases you will then receive a second notification on the day of delivery to inform you of your two hour time window for delivery. These notifications will come from ‘Ogdens Fulfilment’. You can login to your Two Rocks account at any time to see the status of your order.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

Unfortunately we don’t currently ship internationally. We will review this in the future.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER?

As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from our website and you will receive another email when it has been dispatched. Please note that the tracking number included on this dispatch email may take a few hours to show in the courier’s system so don’t worry if it doesn't show you the details of delivery immediately.

All goods require a signature from an adult who is over the age of 18. We will not deliver alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.

If you have placed an order for beer, an adult signature may be required when you receive your order.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

You must be aged 18 or older to buy alcohol. By placing an order with us online you are confirming you are aged 18 or older. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK.

If you are buying alcohol for someone else the recipient must also be aged 18 or older.

Deliveries must be received by a person aged 18 or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.

ORDERS

If the product you have ordered is not available we will contact you to either swap the product for another or issue a refund.

If you’ve ordered an item that is on pre-order please note, the dispatch date is a target and this may be subject to change. If there are any delays to pre-order products being shipped, we will contact you to give an updated estimate.

WHAT HAPPENS IF ONE OF MY BEERS IS MISSING OR BROKEN?

Our cans are shipped in double walled extra strength cardboard to ensure they arrive as intended. Despite this, sometimes items can be damaged in transit. In the very unlikely event that you do receive damaged items then please contact us directly so we can track down your package or replace any items with damaged contents. If your item does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact the courier if you have a tracking number. Please bear in mind that couriers are very busy at certain times of year so your item may be delayed in transit.
